Glifing Data Protection Policy.

In accordance with current data protection regulations, we hereby inform you that your data will be added to a filing system under the responsibility of GLIFING, S.L. for the purpose of managing access to the platform or the business relationship.
GLIFING, S.L. has appointed UNIVER IURIS S.L. as its Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Data will be retained for as long as the relationship is maintained or during the statutory limitation periods for liabilities. Minors’ data is entered with the consent of their mother, father, or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the mother, father, or legal guardian to hold such consent.

Data Protection in the Case of Schools or Centers

In the event that third-party data is provided, this shall be done only after obtaining consent for the processing of such data by the reporting party, as stipulated in the data processing agreement.
