What is Glifing?
Glifing is a reading training method that improves reading fluency and comprehension in a very short time through interactive digital games.
In addition, it contributes to the emotional development of children, one of the most important factors for achieving academic success.
Thanks to its playful format, learning to read becomes pure fun.

How we do it?
We evaluate
Using the Glifing test (designed by specialists and used in universities, hospitals, neurological institutes, and by thousands of educational psychologists), we assess speed, accuracy, and comprehension to determine the student’s reading profile.
Reading speed and accuracy are indicators of the level of reading automaticity.
Automaticity is necessary for good reading comprehension.
We analyze
The program communicates with the online platform automatically.
The platform processes the assessment data and compares it with the Glifing norms based on the child’s grade level and age (the norms are derived from a large, local sample and are analyzed by a research team at the University of Barcelona’s School of Psychology).
As a result, we immediately obtain accurate information about the child’s reading level.
We train
The Glifing method consists of a large number of training sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
Using the data collected and processed on the platform, we can design a personalized training plan that addresses the child’s specific needs.
The platform also automatically tracks training progress so that the professional can adjust the program at any time.
20 minutes a day. 4 days a week.
Glifing sessions consist of a wide variety of video games designed by specialists to develop reading skills without causing the child to feel fatigue or frustration.
By doing short 20-minute sessions each day, 4 days a week, the student can advance by one full reading level in just 5 months.
Why Glifing can help you
Slow reading is a sign of difficulty and should not be taken lightly. As fluency improves, we know that we are overcoming these difficulties and freeing up memory and other attentional processes to facilitate better reading comprehension.
When training reading with the Glifing method, students make fewer mistakes, which eventually disappear altogether, while their reading speed increases without losing accuracy.
Speed and accuracy free up cognitive resources, allowing for better reading comprehension and a clearer recall of what is read. As a result, tasks such as reading and studying will be easier, faster, and more productive.
Brain plasticity means that, starting from some basic general structures, the brain is constantly changing. This makes caring for it a fundamental part of our lives, and ultimately, it reflects the mission of education and teaching. The brain’s malleability places a great responsibility on parents, teachers, and educators.
