Estem parlant de les funcions executives.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5909\" src=\"https:\/\/glifing.com\/glifing\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"la memoria de trabajo, mem\u00f2ria de treball\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/glifing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/glifing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball-600x338.jpg 600w, https:\/\/glifing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/glifing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/glifing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/memoria_treball.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Una d&#8217;aquestes habilitats \u00e9s la mem\u00f2ria de treball, i avui us en volem parlar.<\/p>\n<p>La mem\u00f2ria de treball o mem\u00f2ria operativa (Bennetto, Pennington i Rogers, 1996) \u00e9s l&#8217;habilitat per emmagatzemar i manipular informaci\u00f3 durant un espai de temps curt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s imprescindible per manipular informaci\u00f3 mentalment i, per tant, est\u00e0 a la base de qualsevol raonament, aprenentatge o capacitat de comprensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, sembla que la mem\u00f2ria de treball \u00e9s responsable del control de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i de la recuperaci\u00f3 de dades de la mem\u00f2ria a llarg termini (Baddeley, 1999).<\/p>\n<p>La mem\u00f2ria de treball permet mantenir activada la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per guiar la conducta durant el transcurs de l\u2019acci\u00f3. Necessitem captar i manipular els est\u00edmuls rellevants de l&#8217;entorn, tamb\u00e9 mantenir present una representaci\u00f3 mental de l\u2019objectiu que ens guia, aix\u00ed com avan\u00e7ar una previsible situaci\u00f3 futura. La mem\u00f2ria de treball t\u00e9 un l\u00edmit, es parla de 6 o 7 unitats d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 (per a un adult) que poden ser emmagatzemades i manipulades.<\/p>\n<p>Es pot refor\u00e7ar amb la pr\u00e0ctica i l&#8217;entrenament adequats.<\/p>\n<p>Ja se sabia que els resultats en mem\u00f2ria de treball tenien una alta correlaci\u00f3 amb els resultats en quocient intel\u00b7lectual, i aix\u00f2 duia a plantejar la hip\u00f2tesi que mem\u00f2ria de treball i quocient intel\u00b7lectual fossin el mateix, per\u00f2 justament les difer\u00e8ncies entre aquestes dues mesures poden donar llum sobre les difer\u00e8ncies de resultat acad\u00e8mic entre subjectes que en principi tenen puntuacions altes de quocient intel\u00b7lectual.
