Les tenim a casa, a la butxaca i, per descomptat, formen part de la vida dels nostres fills i filles. Aquesta ubiq\u00fcitat digital ha generat un debat intens en sopars familiars, a sales de mestres i a consultes de psicologia. Ens trobem davant d&#8217;una generaci\u00f3 que ha nascut amb un dispositiu t\u00e0ctil sota el bra\u00e7, els anomenats &#8220;nadius digitals&#8221;, que sovint dominen la tecnologia de manera intu\u00eftiva per\u00f2 sense sentit cr\u00edtic. En vista d\u2019aquesta invasi\u00f3 digital, la pregunta no \u00e9s com les prohibim, sin\u00f3 com les gestionem amb criteri, l\u00edmits i, sobretot, acompanyament les pantalles i infants. Prohibir de manera radical sovint genera l&#8217;efecte contrari: un desig compulsiu i una manca d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies quan l&#8217;infant, inevitablement, es troba sol davant d&#8217;un dispositiu. L&#8217;objectiu ha de ser l&#8217;alfabetitzaci\u00f3 digital i el consum conscient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Glifing creiem que la tecnologia, ben utilitzada, \u00e9s una eina pedag\u00f2gica incomparable. Perqu\u00e8 el cervell infantil es desenvolupi sa, amb capacitat lectora i emp\u00e0tic, ens hem de saber les regles del joc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-els-riscos-quan-deixa-de-ser-saludable\"><strong>Els riscos: quan deixa de ser saludable?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s la tecnologia en si la que genera el risc, sin\u00f3 <strong>l&#8217;\u00fas que en fem<\/strong>. Com a professionals de la pedagogia, sovint veiem que el problema no \u00e9s l&#8217;aparell, sin\u00f3 el buit que deixa all\u00f2 que l&#8217;infant deixa de fer mentre est\u00e0 connectat. Hem de vigilar tres variables cr\u00edtiques: <strong>contingut, temps <\/strong>i<strong> supervisi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-el-temps-i-l-atencio-la-dictadura-del-clic\"><strong>1. El temps i l&#8217;atenci\u00f3: la dictadura del &#8220;clic&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Passar m\u00e9s de 2 hores di\u00e0ries en activitats passives (<em>scroll<\/em> infinit o v\u00eddeos a dojo) afecta directament la capacitat de concentraci\u00f3. El cervell infantil \u00e9s extremament pl\u00e0stic; aix\u00f2 vol dir que s&#8217;adapta a l&#8217;entorn. Si l&#8217;entorn ofereix est\u00edmuls fren\u00e8tics, canvis de pla cada 3 segons i recompenses immediates, el cervell s&#8217;especialitza en una atenci\u00f3 fragmentada i superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 un nom t\u00e8cnic: la reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 executiva. Quan aquest infant s&#8217;ha d&#8217;enfrontar a un llibre, on les lletres no es mouen, no hi ha llums i el significat requereix un esfor\u00e7 sostingut, el cervell &#8220;s&#8217;avorreix&#8221; i desconnecta. No \u00e9s que no pugui llegir, \u00e9s que el seu sistema de recompensa ha estat segrestat per la dopamina r\u00e0pida del m\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La recomanaci\u00f3:<\/strong> entre els 2 i els 5 anys, un m\u00e0xim d&#8217;1 hora al dia de contingut de qualitat. Abans dels 2 anys, l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica \u00e9s clara: zero pantalles. El cervell necessita el m\u00f3n real, les textures, les olors i, sobretot, la mirada de l&#8217;adult per configurar-se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Riscos:<\/strong> menys toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3 i augment de la impulsivitat. El &#8220;xumet emocional&#8221; i la desconnexi\u00f3 amb el propi jo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fer servir la tauleta per calmar una rebequeria o evitar l&#8217;avorriment impedeix que l&#8217;infant aprengui a autoregular-se. L&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una de les habilitats m\u00e9s importants per a l&#8217;\u00e8xit a la vida. \u00c9s la capacitat d&#8217;entendre que estic enfadat, trist o avorrit, i trobar eines internes per gestionar-ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cada vegada que un infant plora li donem el m\u00f2bil, li estem dient: &#8220;No sentis aix\u00f2, distreu-te&#8221;. El resultat? Adolescents i adults que no saben gestionar el malestar sense una pantalla al davant. Si sempre hi ha un est\u00edmul extern que distreu l&#8217;emoci\u00f3, el cervell no desenvolupa la resili\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria. A l&#8217;aula, aix\u00f2 es tradueix en infants que abandonen la lectura de seguida que troben una paraula dif\u00edcil o un text que no entenen a la primera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-el-desplacament-d-allo-que-es-essencial\"><strong>3. El despla\u00e7ament d\u2019all\u00f2 que \u00e9s essencial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El perill de deb\u00f2 apareix quan la pantalla li pren el lloc al <strong>joc lliure, a l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica o a la lectura compartida<\/strong>. El dia t\u00e9 24 hores. Cada minut de pantalla passiva \u00e9s un minut menys de conversa familiar, de c\u00f3rrer pel parc o de manipular objectes reals. El desenvolupament motor est\u00e0 \u00edntimament lligat al desenvolupament del llenguatge i la lectura.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal com assenyalen experts com Maryanne Wolf (autora de <em>Proust and the squid<\/em> \u2012Proust i el calamar\u2012) o Stanislas Dehaene (neurocient\u00edfic expert en el cervell lector), el cervell lector necessita interacci\u00f3 humana i est\u00edmuls reals per &#8220;cablejar-se&#8221; correctament. La lectura no \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s natural com la parla; \u00e9s un &#8220;reciclatge neuronal&#8221;. Necessitem que les \u00e0rees de la visi\u00f3 i les del llenguatge es connectin amb molta precisi\u00f3. Aquesta connexi\u00f3 es debilita si l&#8217;est\u00edmul digital \u00e9s excessiu i de baixa qualitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-llum-blava-i-el-son-per-que-un-infant-cansat-no-pot-llegir\"><strong>La llum blava i el son: per qu\u00e8 un infant cansat no pot llegir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabies que la llum de les pantalles frena la producci\u00f3 de melatonina? La melatonina \u00e9s l&#8217;hormona encarregada de regular els nostres ritmes circadians. El cervell interpreta la llum blava dels dispositius com a &#8220;llum de dia&#8221;, la qual cosa mant\u00e9 l&#8217;organisme en estat d&#8217;alerta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una ment cansada no pot aprendre a llegir correctament. Durant el son profund, el cervell fa una tasca de manteniment vital: fixa els records del dia i &#8220;neteja&#8221; toxines. Si un infant no dorm b\u00e9, la seva mem\u00f2ria de treball (la capacitat de mantenir la informaci\u00f3 al cap mentre la processem) cau en picat. Imagina un infant que intenta llegir una frase llarga. Si la seva mem\u00f2ria de treball \u00e9s baixa perqu\u00e8 no ha descansat, quan arribi al final de la frase ja haur\u00e0 oblidat el principi. L&#8217;esfor\u00e7 es transforma en plaer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dades reals:<\/strong> ens permeten saber exactament on s&#8217;encalla un infant.
